About

The Wildrest feels like stepping back in time—to the rejuvenating magic of summer camp as a kid. The gravel crunches under your tires just like the old camp road, and as you roll down the drive, a canopy of trees filters the sunlight. The scent of pine, and sun-warmed earth instantly takes you back. You half expect to see a campfire circle or hear the distant ring of a dinner bell. Instead, the stone walls and timber beams of a 1946 mountain lodge come into view—rustic, welcoming, and timeless.

I truly appreciate your cooperation! Quiet hours 11pm - 7am No smoking of any legal or illegal substance in any indoor space or shared outdoor space . Extra cleaning fees of $200 will be charged to remove odor and stains may be applied. Smoking an vaping is allowed in designated areas ONLY. PARKING: Please limit one car for each king room and two cars for each 2 bedroom unit so that there is enough parking for all units. Outdoor space: Outdoor space and amenities are shared (unless expressly indicated by management for an event), so please limit time when other people or groups are waiting. Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference. But please TURN OFF all lights and appliances when not in use. You are welcome to use the fridge to store any food or other consumables. Please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay. Also, please acknowledge that the fridge and pantry may contain food or consumables that guests are welcome to eat. However, it is the guests’ responsibility to inspect these items before consuming and the host is not responsible for any illness or adverse response that might occur. If you wear spray tan, please bring your own linens as any linen stained may incur additional charges ($50 linen replacement fee). Please do not rearrange furniture. If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please message me to discuss special pricing. If guests are found to have had a party without host's written permission, become unruly, disruptive of other guests, or highly intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave immediately and may result in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors or other guests, the OFFENDING GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY which will result in a $1,000 fee for unauthorized parties. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
